Spelthorne Parkies Fitness Session

Good Evening Guys,

I hope everyone has had a great Tuesday! I just want to talk to you about an amazing opportunity I was involved in today! 🏆

Today was the first day of group sessions with the Spelthorne Parkinson group. I had the pleasure of running a 30 minute circuit for them. Everyone gave 💯 percent this evening. Trying out every exercise and pushing themselves all while having fun doing it!

Looking back at today I walked away from tonight’s session with a proud achievement. Personal training is not just about helping an individual lose weight or gain muscles…it’s about making people believe in themselves….it’s about building confidence….it’s about supporting, helping and being there for someone wanting to achieve their goals no matter what it is. I LOVE helping others out with fitness and health.

In my heart fitness was the thing that I fell in love with… it helped me gain confidence in myself. It made me realise that I can do ANYTHING. No goal is too big if I focus toward it.

Working out doesn’t have to be boring! Make it fun… grab a partner ☺️
